The heart behind my work has always been a desire to create photographs that feel a little like poetry—made for those with a romantic spirit and an appreciation for the beauty found in real, fleeting moments.
I believe in going beyond the conventional when it comes to capturing genuine connection. It’s not simply about creating beautiful photographs; it’s about creating an experience that allows you to feel present, comfortable, and inspired. I want the images from your wedding to live on your walls the way fine art would—pieces that hold both beauty and meaning long after the day itself has passed.
My approach is rooted in balance. I believe every wedding deserves to be documented honestly and organically, allowing the emotion-filled moments to unfold without interruption. But I also understand the value of thoughtful direction during portraits—knowing when to step in, how to guide you, and how to make sure you feel as incredible as you look without ever feeling overly posed.
It’s in the combination of those two approaches—the beautifully unplanned and the intentionally created—that we make something lasting: a collection of timeless heirlooms that will tell the story of your wedding for generations to come.
a love story for generations
Before I ever understood photography from a professional standpoint, I understood the feeling of sitting on my grandmother’s floor, turning over faded Polaroids from a worn metal tin and wondering about the lives they held.
Who were they in that moment? What did that day feel like? What happened just before the photograph was taken—or just after?
I think that curiosity has followed me ever since. The idea that a single frame can hold so much more than what is visible within it—that somehow, through light and expression and the smallest gestures, a photograph can make you feel something about a moment you weren’t even there to witness.
I’ve had a camera in my hand for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until I photographed my first wedding that I truly began to see myself as a visual artist. My work is heavily inspired by old cinema, poetry, and a lifelong fascination with the quiet moments that often tell the truest stories. I’ve always romanticized life, love, and human connection, so naturally, I fell in love with documenting love stories as they unfold in real time.
I photograph with an observant eye and a sentimental heart—offering gentle direction when it’s needed and leaving room for everything else to happen naturally. I’m drawn to the beautifully composed, but equally to the fleeting moments you could never recreate if you tried.
The result is imagery that feels editorial in its refinement, yet deeply honest in its emotion. Photographs that are beautiful now, but perhaps even more meaningful when someday, someone you love finds themselves sitting on the floor, holding them in their hands, also wondering about the lives they held.
